After learning that she was raised by a parent with Borderline Personality Disorder, Mandi immersed herself in DBT, acquiring skills that transformed her life in ways years of traditional therapy could not.
Through a rigorous 12-week DBT course, Mandi mastered techniques that drastically improved her emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, and stress management. This transformation was so significant that it inspired her to become a DBT skills coach, eventually volunteering for and receiving training from Family Connections of NEABPD.
