There is an intricate connection between trauma, emotional dysregulation, and relationship hurdles. Developing mindfulness and self-awareness techniques to regulate emotions is foundational in experiencing less conflict. You can develop more mindfulness with both Ashtanga yoga and DBT skills.   • N- be willing to negotiate.

Unfortunately, there can be severe challenges in developing intimacy after trauma. It is important to take gradual steps for building intimacy at a comfortable pace. Clear, accurate and effective communication is of utmost importance when navigating the complexities of intimacy after trauma.
