Hello Dear Friends,

Growing up amidst emotional unavailability, domestic violence, and neglect, I faced a tumultuous childhood that later morphed into adult symptoms of complex PTSD. Years of battling addiction and abusive relationships followed.

Yoga became my sanctuary over 20 years ago. Beyond physical strength, it gifted me emotional regulation and mental clarity.

As a Certified Yoga Instructor with over a decade of experience and a DBT facilitator for four years, I'm on a mission to share the life-changing skills that changed the trajectory of my own journey.

As a survivor, I deeply empathize with the complexities of the healing process from childhood trauma or CPTSD.

I present to you MY 5-STEP HEALING YOGA GUIDE.

Warm regards, Mandi Black
