I’m Mandi Gardner — author of RISING: A Woman’s Journey of Healing Through Rituals and founder of Holistic Evolution Shala.
My work is rooted in lived experience.
The Lived Truth Behind My Work
I grew up in emotional chaos and carried it into adulthood — into relationships, identity, and my nervous system.
For years, I moved through life overwhelmed, dysregulated, and trying to hold myself together without ever truly feeling safe.
I spent nearly 15 years in talk therapy.
It helped — but not in the ways I needed.
The real healing began when I learned how to:

Regulate my nervous system through grounding ritual and embodiment

Rebuild trust in myself — slowly, gently, steadily

Communicate my needs without shutting down, shrinking, or exploding

Create relationships where connection actually felt safe
My healing wasn’t fast.
It wasn’t linear.
It wasn’t perfect.
But it was honest.
It was deep.
And it lasted.
